Lacrum provides users access to automated trading tools and investment management services powered by algorithmic trading strategies. You acknowledge and understand that all investments carry inherent risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Lacrum. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use Re-acc for unlawful purposes or to engage in activities that harm the Platform or other users.


4. Risk Disclosure
Investing in financial markets involves risk of loss. Automated trading does not eliminate the possibility of losing capital. By using Re-acc, you accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.
We do not offer financial advice. Any strategies or suggestions provided by the platform are for informational purposes only.

5. Fees and Payments
Lacrum may charge fees for certain investment plans or services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to any commitment. You authorize us to debit your selected payment method for applicable charges.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts
Withdrawals may be subject to minimum thresholds, verification, and processing times. Re-acc reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or violate our policies.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and technology used on Lacrum are the property of Lacrum Investments Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Interfere with the operation of the platform.

Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization.

Engage in fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized trading activities.


9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Re-acc and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes arising from your use of Lacrum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Des Moines County, California.
